It Is OAD Members' Business!

In this 12-page damning report provided by Ohio Association of the Deaf (OAD)'s Financial Review Committee on February 1, 2020, it has found Verne Taylor Jr and Linda Mahmood to be responsible for the embezzlement of a little more than $227,000.

Most of them were embezzled by President Verne Taylor Jr while Treasurer Linda Mahmood protected his actions against the Board Members and others for questioning the lack of transparence with the fund disclosures.  Linda is well known for shooting back, "It is none of your business." to anyone who questioned about anything related to the finances.

Because they embezzled so much for more than 7 years, Linda and Verne deliberately allowed the non-profit organization status to lapse because they knew if they fill out the information, IRS would raise the red flags on discrepancies of these funds.

With this information provided by the OAD'S FRC, OAD should seek the law enforcement authorities to pursue the criminal report against these two individuals for damaging OAD.

OAD had played a big role in creating the richest history with the NAD and its Deaf Community.  With Verne and Linda leading the statewide organization, both has took its proud organization to its ruins in less than 10 years.  Verne mostly used OAD's money to finance his personal needs including his passion with the motorcycles.

Verne is the son of former NAD President Libby Pollard.  And Verne is not related to the author of this article.

An Update on My 30-Day Fundraising Project

Verne E. Taylor Jr and Linda Mahmood Embezzles $160,000 from OAD

Verne Taylor Jr of Cleveland, Ohio

COLUMBUS, OH - Ohio Association of the Deaf has removed President Verne Taylor, Jr and Treasurer Linda Mahmoud who had been holding the positions for 10 years. Needless to say, the main reason on why they held the position for 10 years is to hide the fact that Verne and Linda has embezzled about $160,000.

It was said that for 10 years, the Board members were not able to look through any financial transactions or reports because Linda and Verne conspired and refused to share and distribute the reports. 

As expected, $160,000 were unaccounted for. Not only that, the confidence in OAD by Deaf Community has eroded in the last 10 years, going from hundreds of members to less than 50ish. 

The certain board members and members of OAD became concerned after noticing the pattern of refusal in sharing the finances and prompted them to create the Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) last September 14 and in the process, had called upon for the OAD special emergency meeting last October 6, 2019 which Verne Taylor and Linda Mahmoud refused to acknowledge and show up to confront the issues. 

Because they did not cooperate in communicating with the members of OAD and the Deaf Community in Ohio, Verne and Linda were forcibly removed from the positions by the SPC of OAD with the full support of Deaf Communities. It seems that it did not faze Verne that much as Verne had demonstrated the aura of defiance for the SPC, OAD and the Board's decisions as he continues to taunt from his vlogs. 

In addition, the SPC/OAD has sent the formal letters to Verne and Linda to turn over the finances, cash, assets, accounts by October 3. If they refused, the SPC will implement in getting the authorities to prosecute for theft and other criminal activities.

Right now, Elisha Jo Northup is the acting Secretary along with the Board trying to repair the wrongs that Verne and Linda has left upon OAD for the last 10 years. SPC is currently working on getting the investigator to get to the bottom of how much Verne and Linda had embezzled for 10 years. It is likely that they embezzled somewhere around $150,000 to $160,000. 

It is tragic considering the historical background of Ohio Deaf Community, it was one of the nation's most robust Deaf communities falling to the rock bottom struggling to climb out of its scandals. 

Ohio is considered to be the birthplace of "Deaf Leadership" as OAD was the first one to host the NAD National Convention in 1880 and OAD was the first one to create the permanently senior citizens home for Deaf people at Columbus Colony. Not only that, many former NAD officers came from Ohio. Ohio is also the birthplace of American Athletic Association of the Deaf (AAAD), now known as United States Deaf Sports Federation (IUSDSF). 

And remember this: You found out about this from me, not The Daily Moth, DeafNewspaper, Sign1News or DPAN-TV. 

And if you look at the dates. September 14, September 26, October 6 and today is November 5. None of these so-called Deaf news services mentioned about it ... until I did. Just remember this, since I mentioned it - someone out there will rush in to announce about this scandal but please let's be fair and give credit where it belongs.

St. Augustine Is the most dysfunctional Deaf Community in the Nation

Why do I think St Augustine is the most dysfunctional Deaf Community in the nation?

• Chrissy Stein, 'nuff said. Lots of cringeworthy vlogs to check upon.
• Matt Silvay, 'nuff said. If I talk about him, I give you a long list of his atrocities
• Marija Todorovic, she stole the husband from her own sorority sister. Not only that, Marija was ex of Matt, too.
• Joseph Kolb, that should say enough, right?
• Eric LeFors, the so-called Head Coach of several sports was infamous for committing adultery behind his wife and proclaimed that he had been "faithful" after attending their Church's so-called marriage counseling. Yeah right. And at FSDB and in St Augustine, Eric is adored as fuck.
• Many Deaf folks heavily professed themselves as Christians but when nobody is watching, dozens of them committed adultery with each other.
• In their bizarre attempts to save their marriages, they frequently seek the church for marriage counseling - most, if not all, churches' so-called marriage counseling is unlicensed and very bad idea. They basically claimed that putting your energy and love into Jesus Christ will make their marriage strong and blissful. Yay, menage a trois!
• Many are anti-gay homophobes while claimed to be all good Christians. In fact, many are frenzied born-again Christians like the Abenchuchans and shit. They would be very loud and critical of gays.
• Joner brothers participated in gay porn activities, has girlfriends and one of them did ejaculate on the other brother's leg.  
• How do I know about the Joner brothers? A heavy fucking Christian dude out of that town alerted me about them - ask yourself, how the fuck did he know if he's so-called Christian?
• FSDB has a large enrollment of Deaf students in the nation roughly 1K students and PIPers and yet, not many Deaf students go to postsecondary institutions
• More and more Deaf Snowbirds are coming into the town. A friend of a well known Deaf family from Maryland, the Lewises, was caught on hidden camera for stealing properties from the owner's house as well as talking shit about the owner.
• Instead of going after the thief, the Lewises went after the owner for having a hidden camera which was set up to monitor the water hose due to the fact that the neighbor has been stealing water from their property.

Needless to say, there are plenty of more to come. And that is only out of St Augustine, Florida. 

Folks, I will add more whenever people contact me to add if needed. So come back and understand why I said St Augustine is the most dysfunctional Deaf Community in the nation!

Rainbow Alliance of the Deaf held its conference in Austin, Texas and my sources has indicated that only 65 individuals registered for the conference.  One of the worst outputs in the history of RAD.  The RAD has a long, terrible history of failing to satisfy the Deaf LGBTIQA+ on many things.  Hopefully with a new President Paul Kiel, they may go in the different direction.  Or not.  Only time will tell.



As far as I am concerned, RAD is on its death rattle.

He's Gonna Fool Ya

Tate Tullier is narcissist, racist, elitist and shameless but severe closet-case. And many of you were delusional for not seeing few red flags nor question on why Tate kept on taking the pictures of nude Deaf men in tubs in his so-called "Tub Time with Tate".

It should serve as an obvious hint enough for you to figure out on why he made it an "art" when he has a massive ulterior motive in the first place. 

The answer always has been there from day one. Because he's married to a woman, the nude men in tubs is one of several methods for him to indulge in his pleasures. Because he's with her, these photography lessons are his "window" to look at men out of lust. He is doing what Milton said to his son on The Devil's Advocate, "Look but not touch."

Using his heterosexual marriage as a crutch to protect his reputation, it was open secret at Gallaudet that few guys caught him in bed with ... whatever. I'll leave it at that.

It won't surprise me that one day when his wife is out of his picture (like death or divorce), he will blaze in as a screaming queen.

And I know some of you will copy and paste this post and run to your so-called favorite photographer about what I said. I really don't care. Him being one of us is not a matter of IF, it is a matter of WHEN. 

And no, I will never hire nor employ an oppressive photographer like him, thank you very much.

To Barry Sewell With Love

Barry Sewell,

I feel it is necessary for me to step in and say something since you had been receiving some toxic messages from your friends who were trying to stir something between you and your ex wife, Crystal Blalock when there was nothing going on between you two.

Yes, it is true that I met Crystal last January or February.  It was awkward encounter but we got over with it and ended up being appreciative of each other's viewpoints.  Saw her repeatedly in Utah, Wyoming and Idaho.  I can assure you that there is no vlog nor post that I bragged about her away from you.  Why would I do that?  What would I benefit from this?  Absolutely nothing.

I once did ask Crystal about your marriage.  She said she rather not to talk about that matter. That was the end of it. In fact, each time we got together, we really don't talk about you that much. There was one time, she said she needs to cut the conversation short because there was an auto accident with you in Montana. She was genuinely concerned for you and abruptly left Utah for Montana. I did not press anything much on that. I even did not mention it on my Facebook, Twitter or YouTube because it was such a personal crisis for Crystal and you at that time.

You knew why the marriage did not work.  I'm not sure on the exact details on why the marriage did not work but that is not my call to say such things like that. You should consider yourself fortunate that Crystal never did air the reasons on why the marriage did not work. Don't push your luck on that one. You wanted that avenue, she did not want that avenue. So the marriage simply did not work, there is no need for you to bash on her repeatedly. Every time you blow up at Crystal, it always happened when you got the words from your toxic friends trying to stir things between you and Crystal.

Truth be told, Crystal was genuinely happy that you got someone significant in your life. She told me in Utah that she was happy for you to find someone else.

I got to meet one of your boys and thought he was such a great and funny person.  Are you going to punish him for betraying you?  Just stop this nonsense and let Crystal go. She's free, you're free, there is no need for you to pull your children and friends in on this debacle.

If you're happy with that woman, then great.  Stop going after your ex wife, Crystal. She does not deserve this treatment from you or anyone else like that.

Gay Liberation Monument Was Defaced In 1991 by Deaf Wisconsinites

These statues can be found at Christopher Park by Christopher Street in Greenwich Village between two legendary bars: Stonewall Inn and Monster Bar.

I believe I already mentioned this before but since it is WorldPride Weekend, I feel it is necessary to remind you all about this once again.

The statues called the Gay Liberation Monument was installed at Orton Park in Madison, Wisconsin where it stays for five years until it was defaced by a group led by Deaf person named Darrell Roby. Darrell and his homophobic friends from Wisconsin School for the Deaf threw the paints at the statues. 

Because of that, the statues were moved to Christopher Park in New York where it remains as a fixture on Christopher Street for the last 28 years.

Don't forget this - don't dismiss the fact that a Deaf individual did lead a Deaf group from that deaf school to vandalize this statues sometimes in Madison, Wisconsin back in 1991.

The information about the incident was verified by the court records, newspaper records and Deaf grapevines. 

Today, I hadn't seen any Deaf person, school or organization calling out on Darrell Roby and his WSD minions accountable for what they did do to the statues. 

And you want to speak of Community Accountability? Do this ... first. Why don't Deaf people in Wisconsin come forward to apologize, come forward to condemn these participants? Why didn't WSD say something about this? Even WSD Alumni buried their heads in the sandbox for decades - they KNEW about it but chose not to address this.

My sources from Wisconsin said Darrell Roby was the ringleader. His minions were Chris Rawlings and Jacob Temby among the few others.  Truth be told, a long time ago before Jacob's death, he admitted to me that he was involved.

Until then, this is why I don't believe in Community Accountability in Deaf Community.

Facebook Tried To Silence Me And It Won't Work!

Someone associated with Illinois School for the Deaf did not want my post to be out to be aired.  So they tried to remove my post and had Facebook suspended me for 30 days.

All because I exposed the sexual abuses at Illinois School for the Deaf.

Since they removed my post, I'm going to leave this original post on my blog for the world to google and find out.

Charles Hicks

After checking the sources trying to identify the individual at ISD that the state of Illinois is investigating regarding the sexual trysts/relationships between a staff and a student, I am able to identify the person with 100% accuracy.

Because this school has a long list of staff members having sexual/love relationships with the students in the last 50 years, it was not easy to make sure that that person is the one that the state is investigating.

There are half-dozen staff members who are still at ISD, there are several staff members who are placed on administrative leave with pay, some lasted for years. So the question was:  Which one was the one that the state is investigating?

I am able to pin on the person, his name is Charles Hicks.  Hicks is well known Deaf family generations in several states.  He is currently on administrative leave with pay at ISD and was instructed not to leave the state when he is under the investigation.

Charles Hicks is also the longtime boyfriend of Marybeth Lauderdale, the former and hearing superintendent of ISD.  In fact, Marybeth was the one who set in motion for cued speech program at ISD, throwing the school in turmoil.

Marybeth is now the Director of Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf.

Carl Schroeder In Gay Solo Action

Let's close 2018 with a bang with the shock evidence for you all to use your hand to cover your mouth that will open wide after seeing the damaging video clips. 

Carl Schroeder died 5 years ago of illness associated with Pancreatic Cancer. He was well known Deaf educator and v/blogger who would go after people who disagreed with his vision, argument or conversation.

Carl Schroeder used to teach at dozens of colleges including Gallaudet University and Western Oregon University. 

It is open secret that I was vocal critic about his so-called "Deaf Hate Crime" which I occasionally disputed his claims as he tried to compare his findings with homophobia. 

It is well known that Carl Schroeder was the culprit, whom Ella Mae Lentz encouraged him to proceed, who called Maryland's Child Protection Services on my sister in retaliation of me being critical of Carl and Ella Mae in 2010 back in Frederick, Maryland.

Ella Mae Lentz cannot deny this because I still retain the copies of group email correspondence which clearly pinned on Ella Mae Lentz and Carl Schroeder.

Yes, the CPS interviewed me, my Mother, my sister, my sister's kid, Debra Garner and her kids at our homes and at MSD. It was quite confusing and embarrassing at that time. 

All because Carl and Ella Mae did do this to harm and embarrass my family members just to retaliate on me. 

That was such a disgraceful thing to see. 

If you know me very well, these things won't silence me. It makes me ... more of a defiant than ever. 

Even after Carl's death, I always knew that things like this will emerge. Karma does not care if one is dead or not, it always comes out on its own time. 

And I have no qualms about using it to my benefits even to trample and discredit on him even after his death.

After all, he was the one who did do that to me, my sister, my niece and my mother the first time around. Hence I reserve the right to do the same. 

Yes, I am aware that Carl has his children and family still alive these days. Like I said, he pulled this disturbing tactic on my family members and in turn, I don't give a shit about whether if this is going to impact his children and his family!

Carl Schroeder started this and I finished the job like Scalphunter did do to his victim.

A friend of mine went to a gay bathhouse not a long time ago, he apparently wanted to get his rocks off which is normal for any gay man. 

Most gay bathhouses tend to show variety of gay porn activity on their TV screens. My friend was shocked to see Carl Schroder performing the solo action under "mature men" videos. Needless to say, my friend recorded of this inside the bathhouse and shared it with me. 

Judging the video clips, it is obvious that Carl did do this sometimes in 2000s when he was in Hawaii or Oregon. At the time, he was active in the Deaf Vlogosphere and yet, he participated in this. 

I'm enclosing the edited video clips for you to see. You cannot deny that the person on the video clips are Carl Schroeder himself.

Vinod Khosla Needs To Be Lynched

Vinod Khosla is the founder of Sun Microsystems and is a billionaire. It is interesting to note that Vinod graduated from Carnegie Mellon University, the name that is infamous for causing the destruction in Johnstown's Flood in 1889 with 2,209 deaths and Mellon was never paid a restitution or held accountable for his sins.

Vinod, being a billionaire, decided to buy the California public beach and closed the access with armed guards to prevent anyone from walking up or down the beach. That is much the gist of arrogance wealth.

Silicon Valley is filled with successful businesses and has created incredibly income inequality in San Francisco Bay Area, driving the low income residents out of the area with no compassion.  Several businesses attempted to create their own commuter buses to separate themselves from the city buses. Instead of supporting the city buses, they attempted to harm people's incomes in the city who do not work for these corporations by urging their employees not to use the city buses.  The cost of residence has reached the line where no sane low income resident can live in San Francisco, who caused them to be like that?  It is people like Vinod Khosla, the late Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg, Larry Page, Sergey Brin, Travis Kalanick and Garrett Camp to name few that created the income inequality, thus drove the average & low residents out of San Francisco Bay Area.

People in Hawai'i already complained that Mark Zuckerberg has purchased the property and erected a tall fence which is unheard of in Hawai'i. It is only a matter of time before Mark attempts to buy a beach in Hawai'i.

History has proved repeatedly that the income gap between wealth and poor often resulted in terrible conflicts, often leading these wealthy people to their deaths, you want to see some historical references?  Check Tulsa, France and Russia. With their arrogance and huge income, it is only a matter of time before people like Vinod and Mark will have to face the wrath of The People.

Everyone knew that I am not ashamed of reading comic books for many years. I really don't care if you sneered at that, you can really go fuck yourself for all I care. I enjoyed reading them because many of them has great stories & character development that you would rarely find on TV shows & films.

However, there is a particular scene that continues to make me ponder for many years. In fact, it is been 17 years since this particular scene jolted my views on God and his so-called Heavens. It made me to realize that if there is God, he is absolutely asshole to a point that I would support Lucifer Morningstar to rebel against God if he existed, that is. Lucifer was right and God was wrong on this matter, in my opinion. If this is the way it works up there in Heavens, then I do not want to be part of this shitola, actually.

Raven is half-human & half-demon as her father was a powerful demon in another dimension named Trigon. Trigon raped the female human, Arella and gave birth to Raven. Unlike many others, Raven has to control her emotions to prevent her "soul-self" from changing her into a demon as Trigon wanted her to. In 1994's Emerald Twilight, Green Lantern Hal Jordan went nuts and murdered many Green Lanterns & Guardians. After that, Hal became Parallax, the Entity of Fear. This enraged the Hal Jordan fans.

DC Comics also used Hal as Parallax in his attempts to bring his hometown, Coast City back by altering the timeline in Zero Hour which also enraged Hal fans as well. Coast City was destroyed and flattened in a huge battle by Mongul and Hank Henshaw in Superman series.

In 1996, during the FINAL NIGHT storyline, Hal Jordan as Parallax killed Hank Henshaw and went into the Sol in order to re-ignite the Sol to save Earth which was frozen and left Superman powerless as the sun was being drained by Suneater, an artificial living nebula that drained the stars in many systems and when the stars got exhausted, Suneater caused the supernova to destroy the planets & systems. When a supernova took place, Suneater used its explosion force to jump from one star system to the next star system.

Hal Jordan's Sacrifice in FINAL NIGHT

Hal sacrificed himself by using the powers of Parallax to re-ignite the Sol and drained the Suneater by pulling its nebula energies into his body, effectively killed him. Of course, the fans were livid about it. The Green Lantern series declined as many fans rejected it outright.

In 1997, there was a story about God, Angels, Demons, Heavens, Hell and Earth with Justice League of America being caught in the massive conflicts. The 3-part series was called "JLA Paradise Lost" written by Mark Millar, I think.

DC Comics cannot use the word, "God" because it was already copyrighted in comic book industry by whom? Savage Dragon's writer, Erik Larsen. Instead of using "God", DC Comics used "The Presence". Instead of "Heavens",  DC Comics called it the Pax-Dei. In the Pax-Dei, it has 4 Angel-Kings who commanded their own armies to defend & protect The Presence, the Pax-Dei and our multiverses. Each Angel-King represented their groups. They are Bull Host, Eagle Host, Human Host & Lion Host.

Asmodel & Neron Assault on Heavens

Zauriel, a former Angel under the Eagle Host, fell in love with this mortal woman in San Francisco and asked the Angel-Kings to allow him to leave the Pax-Dei for Earth to be with this woman. Zauriel lost his immortality and was casted out. Zauriel was also dumb because when he tried to pursue that woman he fell in love with, that woman did not want Zauriel, she loved her insecure, chubby boyfriend named Jerry who works as a nurse for some hospital or clinic.

Bull Host of Angel-King Asmodel

During the JLA Paradise Lost, right before he was casted out, Zauriel accidentally stumbled upon the information that Asmodel, the Angel-King of Bull Host conspired with Hell's Demon-King, Neron to plan in staging an assault on The Presence and seize the Pax-Dei for himself to rule.  So that's where JLA got involved. Asmodel realized that it is impossible for anyone else, including the angels, to rule the Pax-Dei by conquering The Presence because The Presence is everywhere - sky, angels, humans, worlds, universes and all that shit. Right after The Presence stripped Asmodel of his full powers &privileges, Neron immediately turned his back on Asmodel and told him that he'll see him shortly in Hell and vanished with his minions. The Presence threw Asmodel into Hell where he was seized, chained and tortured by Neron, his former ally for eternity.

Jim Corrigan Goes Home

In 1998, the successful run of The Spectre (1-62) which ultimately closed the chapter on the body and soul of Jim Corrigan, whose the Spectre has used with for about 50 years. Jim decided it was time for him to separate his soul from the Spectre and let The Presence make a pick on a new human body & soul to bond with the Spectre to continue His mission as the God's Wrath of Vengeance. Right after Jim released the Spectre, Jim Corrigan's soul was pulled into the Pax-Dei as his last word was, "Amy ..." Amy is Jim Corrigan's love and she was waiting for him to come home. The Phantom Stranger gave a firm warning that the Spectre is immensely powerful and he hopes that the next human host would be as good as Jim Corrigan to control Spectre or this universe will suffer.

Hal Jordan Returns

Because DC Comics realized that many fans are not buying their comic books primarily because they were livid about what they did do to Hal Jordan so DC Comics hired Geoff Johns to write the big crisis called Day of Judgment in 1999 in order to bring Hal Jordan back once again. Hal Jordan did not come back as Green Lantern, he came back as the new human host of Spectre. The enraged Green Lantern fans howled with displeasure. DC Comics urged the readers & fans to give them a chance but no, the fans & readers refused.

No, I'm not telling you a story about what's going on in Day of Judgment, you can buy the graphic novel at your local Comic Book Shop or Amazon. But I felt that it is necessary to explain what's going on between 1994's Emerald Twilight to 1999's Day of Judgment so you can understand why this particular scene in Day of Judgment really baffled me for 17 years.

Geoff Johns started off with the tale in Hell where Neron tortured Asmodel who was chained to the posts. Right after Neron left the area, another demon, Etrigan sneaked in to free Asmodel and told Asmodel that he has the plans for Asmodel. Then Etrigan summoned the Spectre to appear in Hell where Etrigan successfully fooled and forced Spectre to bond with Asmodel. Asmodel then froze Hell and figured out that with Spectre's powers, he can rule Earth and Hell instead of serving in Heaven. All hell broke loose on Earth.

The Sentinels of Magic

Many super-heroes battled the demons, raw magic & Asmodel-Spectre on Earth. This crisis prompted the Sentinels of Magic to show up. Among the group was Zatanna, Zauriel, Madame Xanadu, Raven, Sebastian Faust, Phantom Stranger, Ragman, Doctor Occult and Alan Scott. Raven is generally a member of New Teen Titans but this time, this crisis forced Raven to join with the Sentinels of Magic.

The locked entrance of Pax-Dei (Heaven)

In Day of Judgment #2, Raven granted her permission for Zauriel to use his holy flaming sword to slice Raven's demonic soul-self open for Zauriel, Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Mister Miracle, Alan Scott and Raven to step through the soul-self to reach the Pax-Dei. The purpose of the visit to the Pax-Dei was to find Jim Corrigan and ask him to come back to control the Spectre. When the group arrived at the entrance of Pax-Dei, the entrance has been locked.

After trying to get someone to answer the doors to no avail, Mister Miracle, a member of New Gods from the twin planets of Apolokips & New Genesis, went ahead to manipulate and opened the locked entrance - When the door opened, Mister Miracle, Supergirl, Wonder Woman and Alan Scott immediately felt the familiar force or energy of Pax-Dei which empowered, inspired, calmed and delighted them. Mister Miracle said with a smile, "Feel this? This is the Source! I wish my wife Barda was here!!!"

All except for Raven. She also felt the familiar force or energy of Pax-Dei but it did not empower her as she screamed in agony as Raven's soul-self went haywire. Raven said that the Pax-Dei's forces or energies are tearing her soul-self apart as she tried to control her pains & control her soul-self. Raven started to panic when the force continued to tear her physical body, her soul and her soul-self. The painful attacks were relentless as Raven gave up and immediately teleported herself away from the Pax-Dei, "Forgive me, my friends, I must go!"

After Raven fled the Pax-Dei, Angel Michael comes out and told the others, "Do you truly believe that The Presence would allow the daughter of Trigon to come in? Are you all out of your minds?"

Jim Corrigan said no.

At that moment, I was stunned. The Presence made it clear that Raven is not allowed to be there at all. Just because Raven's soul-self is demon by nature through Trigon who raped Arella, she's not allowed to be there? That's pretty rubbish and harsh thing to do. Is it really Raven's fault for being born as half-demon and half-human? And the Presence still rejected Raven's presence? That's pretty downright cruel. It was not Raven's fault for being like that. Raven had to keep her emotions under control all the time, but she is a human, first and foremost of all. It was not her fault that she was born with it and if God really existed out there doing that shit on innocent peoples, I don't want to be part of that crapola. Do you think Raven deserved to be treated like that?

This Is My Domain

This is very interesting.  I produced and released the 63-minute vlog on YouTube talking about oppression, racism, privileges and community accountability. I released on Twitter. It is still there. I also released it on my Facebook wall as well as posting on Facebook's popular group, Deaf Thought Police.

In my vlog, I explained that these hypocritical oppressive tactics has always came from six Deaf schools, their parents with college education, heterosexual and white families. I posted it, I got roughly more than 50 emails and private messages thanking me for making this vlog. They did not want to leave a comment because they were ... afraid of retaliation.

Not me, but when I posted my vlog on my Facebook wall, it was immediately removed. I posted it on my group (which I run along with other Admins), someone from Facebook took it down. I know the only one that will not be removed - YouTube, this blog and Twitter.

Because of their attempts to silence me, I have decided to wage the purge on individuals involved with six Deaf schools, Kappa Gamma, Phi Kappa Zeta and the ones that you always saw going around as if they are smart than the rest.

Since the others tried to silence me, I'm going to make a transcript so that hearing people outside of Deaf Communities will see what is real inside our communities.

I don't lose easily, by trying to silence me by reporting the lies to fool Facebook or others, I should warn you, there is no way for you to win this battle, I own this battle, not you!

Screw Adriana & Picturehouse

For further information on this subject that meant a lot to me, please visit this link, Big Stone Gap on October 9, 2015.

The film, Big Stone Gap, was released on October 9, 2015 with no English subtitles at any local Regal Cinemas. Yeah, it was disappointing thing to see. Before *and* after the release, I contacted Adriana Trigiani via her website (www.adrianatrigiani.com) and Picturehouse Entertainment (www.picturehouse.com) as well as tweeting them directly asking about the English subtitles for Deaf people. None of them acknowledged nor responded at all.

There are plenty of Deaf people living in Big Stone Gap, Norton, Wise, Pound, Appalachia, Coeburn and St. Paul. Why do you think there is still a club based in Norton called "Southwest Virginia Club of the Deaf" serving Wise County and its surrounding counties not only in Virginia but in Kentucky, West Virginia & Tennessee? Why do you think that Virginia chose Norton to be the statewide text relay center which ran for more than 30 years before closing last August for good? With less than 45,000 residents in the county & Norton, there is no way in Hell that Adriana would not know that there are Deaf people in that damned location!

In fact, the only person who responded was Randy Smith, Jr of Knoxville, Tenn. Randy is the Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer & Counsel of Regal Entertainment Group. I contacted him after failing to hear anything from anyone associated with Big Stone Gap including Adriana. Randy was great as he attempted to locate and find the location that may provide the subtitles for me who was trying to take my Mom to see the film on her birthday weekend. Randy was quick with his email response with bad news, he explained that it was the company, Picturehouse Entertainment that chose not to make English subtitles on this particular film for distributions like Regal Cinemas to pick up.

I tried to contact Picturehouse Entertainment on its website through its so-called "Contact Us" section. As expected, I never heard from them. Not even from Adriana Trigiani herself. It is now October 18, 2015. I felt that I was a sucker for buying Adriana's novels. Mom and I do not watch any film in a major motion theater without subtitles or captions. Needless to say, we won't go and watch Adriana's worthless film on a big screen. Hell, I'll not buy her worthless DVD as well. I'll just watch it on the internet for free. Because they failed Deaf people like my late father and Mom who has the
connections to Big Stone Gap, they absolutely do not deserve a cent from me on this to support her worthless novels & film from now on.

Advocating the Deaf elderly woman in Waverly, Virginia

Last week (Monday, June 16), Mom told me that she was worried about her close friend who was hospitalized for some illness, and was moved to health & rehabilitation center to recuperate her health from some illness/injury. Not only that, the facility wants to evaluate her to see if she can go home on her own or has to move to the assisted living facility or a nursing home. Mom's friend grew up in the area between Waverly, Virginia and Surry, Virginia. That particular rural area is right across the James River from Jamestown, the first permanent English settlement in the New World.

Thankfully, Mom's friend, Mildred has a good memory - she was able to remember Mom's address and wrote several letters to Mom to tell her that she's stuck at a local health & rehabilitation center in Waverly. A facility that is about 730 feet away from her apartment across the field. See the picture below.

Mom said the letters by Mildred said that she had a hard time asking for VP to be installed in her bedroom. Mildred also complained that other hearing patients has their own iPads, laptops & cellphones. When Mildred asked the social worker to go to her apartment and get her videophone box and install it in her bedroom, they said no. 

I heard, saw and read enough to know what's going on. I told Mom to give me the name of the facility. I made a VP call to the facility. I got ahold of Mildred's social worker who cited the HIPAA laws not to discuss her case.

She was right, she can't discuss about Mildred unless I have Mildred's permission first. I told her that I understand the dilemma because I used to work in an agency similar to her when I lived in New York. 

I also told her that if she does not do something about this within 2 weeks, I'll file a compliant immediately with the Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division and file a lawsuit against her and her workplace. I mentioned that in the last two cases, I forced two entities to make settlements with me and my family. I told her that I can easily win this case if she does not get her VP to her bedroom at that facility.

Enough said, she was rattled and the VP interpreter said that her voice was shaky as she called the female supervisor to take over the call. I explained about Mildred's discriminatory incident.

The supervisor said that she has been encouraging Mildred to come to her office to use her laptop and set up the Skype account under her supervision. I told her that no, it is not acceptable: 

1) Because Mildred does not use her computer therefore she does not know what the internet or Skype is all about. She only knew how to do the videophone through nTouch box which was installed by Sorenson Installer in her apartment.

2) Because the hearing patients are able to use their laptops, cellphones and iPads anytime without any supervision, why must Mildred be under her supervision whenever she wants to call her friends? 

Her Supervisor's proposal is obviously unfair & it falls on discrimination under Section 504 Rehab of 1973 & Americans with Disabilities Act. I told her that I knew where Mildred's apartment and where she is staying for the time being. The apartment is right across the soybean field I told her to get her VP box and installed it in her bedroom within two weeks from the call on or I'll file a complaint and a lawsuit against her and the facility at once. 

The supervisor asked about whether if Mildred's VP box can break the firewall? Will people use her VP box to hack and break through their firewall system and steal the facility's records? I told her that the VP is not a computer, it is an equipment that focused only on broadcasting TV between Mildred and her friends. 

Then I told her about the video relay service which I asked that particular VP interpreter (from SorensonVRS) to explain and fill in to the supervisor on what the VRS & VP are all about. Not only that, the SorensonVRS interpreter provided her with the contacts to reach Sorenson Communications for further information on this matter. 

IN ending, I was tough on her and told her that I am not afraid to sue her and her facility for the violations on a Deaf patient who repeatedly begged her social worker to get VP from her home just 700 feet away. 

And I told her that I'm very impatient person and I expected her to get the VP for Mildred within two weeks or I will instigate this with my attorneys on behalf of Mildred. The supervisor asked me to give her some time to follow this up. She has two weeks or else. Yes, I gave her an ultimatum. 

Four days later on June 20, 2015 - After arriving home from shopping, swimming & dining, Mom quickly alerted me to see who was on the "Missed Calls" and "Messages", it reads: 

Mildred Nxxxxxx. 

When i saw the name, I smirked. 

You see, educate the public about Deaf-related rights with a friendly attitude does not work very well. Which is why I refused to educate the public with a smile on my face. Instead of educating them, I simply was tough, hostile and demanding - Do it or I sue you, your call. This way, the public will never forget about it because I intimidated them at all costs. 

And what happened last night is the proof on why I felt being rough towards hearing people is much more effective than educating ignorants with a smile on my face.
