Innivee Strategies Continues To Botch Things Up

As usual, Innivee Strategies botched the case with the search for NAD's Chief Executive Officer. Five days ago, Shane Feldman made a vlog addressing the risks with consulting to pick a candidate.
Blah, blah, blah.
Innivee Strategies has been involved with various organizations, schools and businesses in screening for candidates and as of lately, they seemed not to make a good decision as they kept on causing the entities to cancel/suspend the search and in some cases, selected the candidates only to suspend or terminate the candidates within few years.
This time, it has to do with Michelle Cline, a candidate for the CEO of NAD.
FYI, I contacted Michelle Cline about this last week. She has not responded. Same thing goes for Mike Baer. No response.
Thanks to Innivee Strategies' recommendation, the Rhode Island Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (RICDHH) selected Michelle Cline to be the Executive Director of RICDHH in May, 2023.
Michelle Cline was also the Treasurer of NAD before I was told that she abruptly was pushed out due to her lackadaisical efforts with her obligations.
As of now, Michelle Cline is the Board Treasurer of Bridges Oregon, founded by Chad Ludwig.
However, I learned from the minutes of RICDHH meetings that were posted online on April 16, 2026. According to the minutes, it mentioned that last March 18, 2026, the RICDHH Commissioners puts Michelle Cline on Leave of Absence with Pay due to the "unfortunate circumstances" with RICDHH.
Some said it has something to do with her failure to do her job. There are lots of vague comments saying different stories including the one with Mike Baer, drive by shooting, lackadaisical efforts and so on.
It is quite confusing at this moment. I did contact Cline and Baer, both of them apparently chose not to respond.
Once again, Innivee Strategies botched this up.
Cheers,
R-
