His rape by force/fear charge is felony and carries the 8 years in state prison and/or $10,000 fine.
My sources has notified that at Gallaudet University, several women has notified the office of Title IX about Raven's repeated sexual misconducts but nothing was being done due to the lack of evidence and he got away with it.
Raven is a graduate of Indiana School for the Deaf and Gallaudet University. He was a member of Kappa Gamma fraternity. As of November 20, 2021, he is currently employed at California School for the Deaf - Riverside as substitute teacher.
It is interesting to note that Raven is the third person to be accused of sexual misconducts coming from Indiana School for the Deaf, Gallaudet University and Kappa Gamma. The first two were Brian Bippus & Colin Whited. One friend told me that she believes that, "Indiana School for the Deaf produces rapists."
It was well known among the peers that Raven boasted that Nyle DiMarco is his cousin.

UPDATE: The rumors out of Riverside indicated that an unconscious, single, deaf mother was gang-raped by Raven and allegedly Malik Amann at an AirBnB house in Desert Hot Springs which was rented by Zen Mompremier for his birthday bash. Raven, Malik and Zen are all members of Kappa Gamma.
