The former President of Ohio Association of the Deaf, Verne Taylor Jr, has been summoned by the state of Ohio's Attorney General for his embezzlement of OAD's funds for more than $100,000. The charges can be read on this link.
He was charged with six counts of:
- Unjust Enrichment
- Conversion
- Breach of Fiduciary Duties
- False and Misleading Information in Filings
- Breach of Fiduciary Duties R.C. 1716.17
- Abuse of A Charitable Trust R.C. 109.24
The trial will convene in 2021. Did I ever lie about this? I told you so.
