Vote for Brat Boy School! Remember the vote occurs once per day! As of Sunday the 11th, My only endorsement, Ethan of Brat Boy School, has taken GayPatriot's place and is now leading as many as 50 votes. If we keep on doing this, he can shock Pam's House Blend who is leading more than 240 votes -- we have 4 days left to do that. Do your part by voting for Brat Boy School on this website.
Dr. I. King Jordan Ain't The Only One: Dr. Elizabeth, who is the current President of Southern Oregon University, will be retired on August 31, 2006. Many of you may remember Dr. Zinser as the first woman to be the President of Gallaudet University and the only President that never stepped on Gallaudet campus. She resigned only after 7 days of an uproar at Gallaudet which we knew as Deaf President Now Movement. Hat tip goes to Gabe. On his blog, there are links to the articles. Check it out.
Well, At First ...: At first, I laughed then thought about this particular article. This is fake article, just like The Onion -- how? Check the facts -- "Still UCSD's only humor newspaper." on the top of the webpage. But words to describe deaf people's sounds are not amusing. I think it is offensive, really. In fact, I think I will be cautious about how I moan when I am around hearing persons! Gee, thanks a lot for making me conscious of my fucking deafie voice. What do you think? RimJob of DailyKos At It Again: Many hearing people continues to wonder in amazement that not many Deaf people are interested in hearing the sounds. I do not give a crap if a bird could tweet or bark. I simply do not have the desire to hear music or shit, but sometimes I wish I could eavesdrop what one is being said to the other on the subway.

You Know What They Say About Chinese ...: According to this article, China is having the Sex Revolution -- people are fucking like rabbits. Of course, there are consequences to that. C'est la vie! I once fucked a Chinese -- ahh, never mind.
James River Parade of Lights: Last night, I went to Richmond to be part of its James River Parade of Lights -- it was interesting and nice event. About 1,000 spectators were on hand to watch 13 boats filled with lights all over as they flowed down the James River with three police boats escorting them. It was somber event.
I just learned that there is another Chinatown Bus Service from Richmond to New York other than Apexbus.com, I was thrilled because this one provides better schedule than the Apexbus.com -- it is www.easternshuttle.com. Yahoo. At least, there are several options to get back to the City.
The Shockoe Bottom in Downtown Richmond reeks of DC's Georgetown or Philadelphia's South Street. It is nice and cute. They are still debating about putting a minor league baseball stadium in that area -- if it should happen, it'll help the area just like Baltimore's Camden Yard did to the city.
Another Sister Fell For Blogging: My sister, Lily, has succumbed to the blogging fever. She is not profilic with English but she excels in Art. She is adding her artworks on it -- very amusing. You can find her link on the family section.
Oh, By The Way, Here Is Your Body! At the courtesy of GW Bush and Pentagon, here is your son's body -- via the freight. Did not surprise me at all.

I just don't get the "Fat Acceptance" people. It sort of reminds me of the segment of the Deaf community that objects to Cochlear Implants. There are norms to the Human condition. Tidbits and The New Banner

Dykes on Bikes: You know the lezzies that rode the motorcycles at every gay pride marches, baring their breasts for the sun to glare and burn? In San Francisco, the lezzie group tried to apply for a patent to own the name at the US Patent office, it was denied because the office thought "dykes" were derogatory. But it was done by their own lesbians. So it was reversed recently. Well, they can call themselves Dykes for all I care. Hat tip to Carrie.
Shaq Is Now A Cop: According to this article, he is now the reserve police officer in Miami Beach. He helped to nab two persons who attacked a gay person few months ago. He has my respects. Again, hat tip to Carrie.
Richard Pryor Dead At 65: He died today at the age of 65. He had an illness, Multiple Scelerosis for many years. However, he was a great comedian, always spouting many filthy jokes that makes people cringe and laugh out loud. He once acted in a flick with Gene Wilder called See No Evil, Hear No Evil. He was blind, Gene was deaf. Gene was ineffective as deaf character, but Richard was effective as blind character. I guess, Satan needs a new comedian in Hell as JuneAnn LeFors would say!

Mann Coulter Should Be Maimed: In Storrs, Connecticut -- the hecklers interrupted the bitch conservative pig, Ann Coulter from speaking so much hate to the student body at the University of Connecticut. One student asked Ann if she learned that her own child is gay, know what she responded? "Did you know that you were adopted?" Tasteless. Stupid. And Ann complained that the Liberals disrupted the speech, "I love to engage in repartee with people that are a lot stupider than I am," -- but wait a minute, who was stupid about gay thing? Of course, that bitch.
Brokeback Mountain: The raves continue to pile on the film. I am so desperate to check it out. I am curious to see what kind of reaction from the heterosexual community regarding the film. And it premieres in Wyoming on Saturday in Jackson Hole, my favorite town in the USA.
Another panel of The Boondocks today from Dylan Westbury. Gee, can't wait to see how they reacted when they saw the film!

Irony Rules California: In California, Tookie Williams, the founder of the LA Crips gang, is scheduled to be executed next week. It was said that his group was the responsible in the killing of Tupac Shakur some years ago. Since then, Tookie has renounced the gang, learned how to read and write as well. The only person that can save his life is Governor Schwarzenegger, whose made fame and money in killing people in his movies.
Xians Claims To Be Tolerant But Are Really Intolerant In Topeka, Kansas -- where the Xians pressured the state to accept and insert the teachings of "intelligent design" in schools across the state, much to the objections of educators and others. One professor at the University of Kansas wrote an email that teaching a course about intelligent design as mythology in religious courses would be a nice fat slap in their faces.
Then few days later, the same professor were stalked and beaten by Xian thugs. Another reason not to tolerate them at all costs. Fuck them.

Long Live Mordru!
According to the advertisement before I get JSA #80 today reads like this:
Today, I got JSA #80, I was rather disappointed. I was expecting to see the anticlimatic battle between Mordru and Nabu. But only 7 fucking pages were devoted to the battles. That really pissed me off.
Two members of the JSA will be never seen again -- Hector and Lyta. Who the fuck cares, though!
I care about Mordru whipping Nabu, Mordru was overwhelming Nabu and was winning before Jakeem intervened. Of course, with Johnny Thunder's help, Mordru was teleported somewhere away for a long time.
I suspect that it was the "final" battle between Mordru and Nabu but certainly not the final battle between Mordru and the members of JSA. Perhaps by JSA #100, Mordru will returm and resume the drama. As always.
Again, Mordru rocks!
Read the dialogue -- you can see why Mordru makes me chuckle -- his comments are so cool.

The final battle between Mordru and Dr. Fate rages to its shocking conclusion through the worlds of Kingdom Come and JUSTICE LEAGUE: THE NAIL! Plus, the Thunderbolt vs. Jakeem to decide the ultimate fate of the Fifth Dimension! After this issue, two members of the JSA will never be seen again!

Barry Strassler Is Crybaby! A certain friend of mine told me that he emailed Barry Strassler after reading the comment about the Deaf Prep 11-Men Football National Championship, which Maryland was named as the winner. My friend jokingly asked Barry if he was on the MSD payroll since no player from California School for the Deaf-Riverside was named on All-American First Team or Second Team. The Defensive and Offensive Player of the Year goes to Maryland, despite the fact that CSD-R went through the season unbeaten and lost in the first round of some state tournament.
By that, my friend told Barry that he was a disgrace for doing that. Guess what Barry Strassler did to my friend? He banned my friend from getting DeafDigest and DeafSportZine mailing list!
Barry Strassler is indeed a crybaby.

Pearl Harbor Thing: Many of us wanted to remember the "travesty" that occurred at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. It was considered to be the 'day that will live in infamy'. If you look at the history of what was happening in Hawai'i prior to the destruction of Pearl Harbor, maybe the actions were justified.
After all, we stole the islands from the original inhabitants. And trampled their rights. I wrote about this a while ago. Read and weep and don't try to make us look good while we were not in the first place. Maybe we deserved to be bombed on that day.
